Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?

We roast in small batches and ship orders as quickly as possible so your coffee arrives fresh, not forgotten. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

How fresh is your coffee?

Freshness matters. A lot. We roast in small batches and pack quickly to help preserve the flavor, aroma, and character of each coffee. Great coffee should taste alive, not like it’s been sitting in a warehouse or grocery store thinking about its mistakes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $50. We also offer free local delivery in the Lindenhurst, IL area.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your coffee all the way to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. As we grow, we may expand shipping options.

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

Start by checking around your porch, mailbox, side door, apartment office, and with neighbors. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a little early. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot the next steps. Don’t worry—we want you to have our coffee as much as you do.

Coffee & Freshness
Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee?

Yes. All of our coffees are available as either whole bean or ground, so you can choose what works best for your setup.

Which should I choose: whole bean or ground?

Whole bean is the best choice for maximum freshness and flavor, especially if you have a grinder at home. Ground coffee is a great option for convenience and makes it easy to get brewing right away.

How should I store my coffee?

Store your coffee sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. A pantry or cabinet is ideal.

Should I refrigerate or freeze my coffee?

We do not recommend storing daily-use coffee in the fridge or freezer. Temperature swings and moisture can affect flavor. Coffee prefers a stable, dry home.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

Coffee is best enjoyed within a few weeks of opening for the fullest flavor. Whole bean generally stays fresher longer than ground coffee.

What size are your coffee bags?

Our standard coffee bags are 12 oz, which gives you plenty to enjoy without the coffee overstaying its welcome.

What roast levels do you offer?

We offer a range of coffees including medium roast, dark roast, and decaf options. Each coffee has its own personality, so be sure to check the tasting notes and description on the product page.

Which coffee is best for strong coffee lovers?

For customers who want a bolder, richer cup, we recommend starting with one of our darker or fuller-bodied coffees. These tend to deliver a more robust, classic coffee profile.

Do you have decaf?

Yes. We offer decaf for those who want great flavor without the full caffeine kick. Decaf should still taste like real coffee, not a compromise.

Are your coffees single origin or blends?

We offer both, depending on the coffee. Some coffees highlight the unique character of a specific origin, while others are blended for balance and consistency.

Which coffee is best for drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso?

Many of our coffees work beautifully across several brew methods. The best choice often depends on whether you want something brighter, smoother, or bolder. Reach out and we’ll gladly help match you with the right coffee for how you brew.

Sourcing & Quality
Where do your beans come from?

We source premium coffee from respected coffee-growing regions and choose coffees based on cup quality, balance, and flavor. Our selections do change as the availability of the beans change. We care about what ends up in your mug, so we start with beans worth roasting well.

Are your beans ethically sourced?

We work with trusted sourcing partners and prioritize quality and responsible sourcing. Where certifications or specific sourcing details apply, we include them on the product page.

Is your coffee organic?

Some coffees may be organic, depending on the offering. For the most accurate information, check the individual product page for certification and sourcing details.

Subscriptions & Gifts
Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Our subscription option makes it easy to keep great coffee showing up on schedule without having to remember to reorder.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage your subscription, update your shipping details, skip an order, or cancel based on your account settings.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time. We suggest gifting a bag of coffee when you know someone needs better coffee.
